There is an issue with above server and currently USA datacenter techs are working on it, below is the update we received and we'll keep update this announcement when we receive more details.

We are currently experiencing a critical issue with RAID array on the server, RAID controller card suddenly lost all virtual drive configurations, which obviously renders this server non-bootable. We're working to recover the storage arrays now, and it's not known if the data is intact.
Fortunately, we do have off-site backup of all user accounts. We will keep you updated and let you know immediately when we have service restoration ETA or any info on data consistency.

Update 1
We regret to inform you that the server RAID array completely crashed and all actions that were done from our side haven not brought any positive results. Therefore the accounts from the affected server will have to be restored one by one from our external backup storage on to a new server.

The new server hostname the same – IP address will be changed and we will let you know it when restoration finished.

Approximately 48 hours for the process to complete. All new updates will be posted on this page.

We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this accident might have caused you and your business.

Update 2

Account restoration completed and sites are loading fine now. please check everything and let us know if you have any issue.
Note - please update your A record to new server ip - 192.3.201.85 - if you are using external DNS and host only the web site on this server
