Server Migration RS1 - Completed

Server : RS1 ( old Shared IP : 205.251.133.94 )

We are happy to inform you that your account(s) have been successfully migrated to a new powerful server with following features for better performance.

Data center hardware specifications:

  • 8 x 1TB SSD Drives in RAID6 Configuration
  • 96G of Memory
  • 4 x Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-2620 v3 (15M Cache, 2.40 GHz)


Service specifications:

  • CloudLinux 7
  • Litespeed WebServer
  • PHPSelector with multiple PHP versions


The migration of the server has begun on July 9th 2016 . The migration of the server was done account by account, data by data  and the hole process has finished recently. still we are maintaining old server account for 2 - 3 days. Please follow the important steps mentioned below.

1) I have a hosting Account(s), which one has been migrated to new server ?

  • Please goto www.intodns.com >> put your domain name and see the DNS report.
  • If you can see your nameservers as ns1.srilankasecureserver.com then your account(s) moved to new server


2) What should I do next ?


If your site is correctly loading and everything correct, then there is NO need to do anything at your end.

However if you've done any data upload / site , database update / save emails on webmail between 09 July 2016 - 28 July 2016 , then you need to double check your hosting account to veryfy everything is ok on it.


If anything missing, then you need to open a Tech support ticket and inform to us within next 2 - 3 days, so we can allow you to log into old server account to download anything you need.
( After this period old server will be disconnected, so there is no way to use your old hosting account / data )



3) I am hosting only the web site with you, should I need to update the share IP ?
YES, If you are using Old shared IP : 205.251.133.94  and point your domain to our server, then you need to immediately update your IP address with new shared IP: 204.93.177.163
