This is to inform you that All accounts on above mentioned server is scheduled to be migrated to a new powerful server on 05 Sep 2016

New server will be utilizing the latest server hardware and software to increase your service uptime, security and overall performance.  

In most cases, the migration process will not impact uptime of your service. However we strongly Recommend you to backup your important data.


Will my website migrate ?

It is easy to find. please visit www.whois.com >> Type your Domain Name on top right whois search box and search >> if you see your nameservers as ns1 / ns2.lankadns.net then your site on this server and will be migrated to the new server.


Do I need to make any changes to prepare for the migration?

We kindly ask that you do not perform any updates to your website in the 72 hour period immediately preceding and following the scheduled migration time.
If you make changes to your account on or around the scheduled migration time, they may not be preserved by our system.



What about my nameservers?
Current Nameserver will not change, so You Don't need to do anything.

What is affected?

2) Check the mail configuration settings on your mail-enabled devices, such as your desktop, laptop. The POP and SMTP servers should resolve to the IP address listed below:

We've seen databases of several hosting accounts failed to move to new server.we are working on remigrating all the accounts, and soon the issue should be resolved.

Password: Use the email account¢s password.

Outgoing Server: rs109.nsresponse.com
SMTP Port: 465
