Incident : Security Issue - File Manager feature on cPanel.
Per our system administrators, we've disabled the cPanel File Manager across our shared infrastructure out of an abundance of caution after discovering a security issue affecting the file manager. This has been logged with cPanel developers.
We anticipate a patch will be released soon to correct this issue, at which point we will re-enable File Manager. We take the security of your hosting environment seriously and appreciate your patience while this is resolved.
In the mean time, it is recommended to utilize SFTP/FTP with a FTP client like FileZilla to manage files on the server while the File Manager feature is disabled.
