How to Upload a File to your Website using the FileZilla FTP Client
1) Download and Install FileZilla FTP Client Software from here >> http://filezilla-project.org/download.php
2) Load FileZilla FTP Software and You can see a Window as below

3) Complete the HostName, UserName, Password and Port Boxes (These details on your Account Setup Email)
4) Click on Quick Connect and within few seconds you'll be able to connect with FTP server (If you receive any error, Then check your Login Details or Contact Tech Support)
5) FOR Linux Hosting Account Holders
* Now Double Click and open public_html folder on Remote site section
** Select your Files, Folders (Ctrl + A ) from local site >> Drag and Drop into public_html folder
VERY IMPORTANT : Don't delete, rename public_html Folder or any folder on same level.
FOR windows 2012 Hosting Account Holders
* Now Double Click and open /wwwroot folder and upload your site files
