2) If you received a Bounce back Email, Then paste Entire Email (Including the Header) to the Ticket ?
3) Error related to which mail server ? (Eg: Sending / Receiving OR for Both )
4) Attach the Error Screenshot ?
5) Email Software you are using ?
** Most clients opening support tickets ( Eg: "I have a email error, please fix it..") without proper details about the error, so it is not possible to troubleshoot and fix it.
