I created my Support ticket few minutes / hours ago, but still no response ?
There are many ticket on the ticketing pool at any time and those are related to tech issues, non tech issues, general requests, billing inquiries.... We do our best to reply to any ticket as soon as possible. However responses to some tickets can take upto more time due to the nature / complexity of the issue.
According to our ticket monitoring system, we are happy to say, we've responded to 80% of tickets within One hour although guranteed response time is within 6 hours
It is urgent, I Sent few replies to my ticket, Still No response ?
As mentioned above we have large number of tickets at any given time on our ticket pool. We answer to every ticket in order they opened. Therefore everyone get the equel opportunity.
When you send more replies, your ticket will moves back to the bottom of the ticket queue which will delay the response time further. Therefore please keep replying and asking an urgent reply.
I can see server issue / maintenance notice on Announcement Section on your Web ?
If there is an common network / server issue, server maintenance (schedule or urgent) , then we'll put an announcement on our announcement section. We encourage you to check it regularly. Please don't open tickets (Or you don't need to open tickets), If there is a notice related to your hosting facilities,
