1. Login to your cPanel >> Click on the domains on the home page. ( under Domains section )
2. Click Create A New Domani button > Enter the domain that you would like to create.
eg : SubDomainName.YourMainDomainName ( MySub.MyDomain.com )
3. Please Don't Select Share Document root option.
4. Click on Submit Button
5. When you goto cPanle > File manage, You can see a Folder with Sub Domain name
