We wanted to let you know that we will be performing a migration of all the accounts residing on E1 / E11 Linux Servers on 10th, 11th March to a faster and more stable platform.

The new server that accounts will be migrated to is located inDetroit facility. The new server will replace older hardware, and has much better performance and stability than the current server that your site is hosted on.

If you are using our DNS service for your domains you will not have to make any changes, and your domains will automatically be pointed to the new IP addresses. There may be a few hours of downtime caused by DNS propagation and how fast propagation takes place depends on your ISP and which DNS resolvers you or your ISP are using. Any propagation issues will resolve on their own.

Once the migration of each account has been performed you may notice a page on your site that states "This account has been moved". This means that the account has been migrated to a new server and the page will be removed automatically when the DNs propagation complete
