Your account will be setup within 6 hours after payment verification, however can take upto 12 hours if you settle your payment after sales hours (Sales hours : Weekdays 9.00 am- 4.00 pm) or if there any payment verification issue.
Payment completed in weekends will be processes on next business day and then activate your account
You will receive an account information email when the setup complete by our technical division.
Should you not receive account setup email within 12 hours, then you need to contact us with the domain name and Invoice number.
*Note: Reseller hosting / VPS Hosting orders may take up to 24 - 48 hours to be activated, based on the ordered reseller package / VPS package
