Tech division request my Control Panel password, Should I give it to you ? Print

Sometimes tech staff need to ask cPanel login password  (When your Default password on the system not working, because, client changed it) to login to your control panel to re-generate / resolve the issue you face Or check the settings on cPanel.

We know the passwords are personal things and NO NEED to let others to know it.

 

Therefore, Please change your cPanel Login Password to any other Password ( Still it should be a STRONG Password ) and forward it to Tech Division

OR

Allow tech Division to Reset the Control Panel Password to DEFAULT.

You'll be able to / Advice to Change the Password again to your Normal settings, when tech staff finish the troubleshoting / resolve the problem from their end.

 

IMPORTANT : When sending password to techs, Always login to your SECURE Client area on our system , then update your ticket with it. (NEVER send it through email )

Please Note: Support staff will not continue with your Ticket, if you refuse above things. (And ticket status will be "ON HOLD"Status untill you provide your support to them
