"..I have purchased a Hosting plan from you for my existing domain, But cannot login to cPanel or FTP ?.."

Answer : When activating a hosting account, we send our NAMESERVERS. Domain owner should login to Domain Control Panel and Update the domain with Nameservers mentioned by us and allow upto 24 hrs for DNS propagation.

* If you fail to update domain's nameservers, then those domains are not connect with hosting accounts created on our servers and you'll not able to login/use cPanel / FTP / eMail accounts ....
