You can easily create a dump file(export/backup) of a database,
1) Login to your cPanel >> phpMyAdmin
2) Choose the database that you would like to backup from the Database menu. This can be done from the upper left corner of the page )
3) In order to proceed with the backup click on the Export tab
4) Make sure that you have selected to export your entire database, and not just one table. There should be as many tables in the export list as showing under the database name.
5) Select"SQL"-> for output format ( Or You can select any available Zip Format )
6) Check "Save as file", do not change the file name, Then click "GO" to download the backup file.
