How to make a Web Site Backup Print

Sign into the control panel and then click on the "Create/  Restore backups" under Advanced features

Then you have to select the backup items ( explain below )

1) Web Site Data

  • a) Domains Directory: Backs up all user files for all domains - This will backup all the files in your domain directory. If you have more than one domain, then all your domains will be backed up including subdomains. Choose this option if you are only concerned about the content of your web site, and not the settings.
  • b) Subdomains ListsThis will backup the subdomain names that you have created. It will not backup the files inside the subdomains. 

 

2) E-mail

  • a) E-mail Accounts :  List for all domains (names and passwords)
  • b) E-mail Data :  Includes the messages from the Inbox, IMAP Folders, and webmail data.
  • c) E-mail Settings :  Includes the filters and the catchall address.
  • d) Forwarders :  Includes all forwarding addresses.
  • e) Autoresponders :  Includes all autoresponders and messages.
  • f) Vacation Messages :  Includes all vacation messages and times.

 

3) FTP

  • a) FTP Accounts :  This will backup all FTP accounts created by you. However it does not backup any files in the FTP directories. ( If you need to backup the content of the FTP directories, please select "Domains Directory" from the main backup screen.)
  • b) FTP Settings : This will backup your FTP preferences.

 

4) Databases

 

Creating backup : Place a check box next to the items you wish to backup > Click on Create Backup

 

Note: You can View / Download / Delete backup file inside "Backup folder"

Sign into the control panel and then click on the "File Manager" (under System info and Files ) > This will open a file manager window > Now click on "Backup" folder to view all stores backup files. ( We recommend to download backup files to your PC and delete it from backup folder to save your disk space )
